An extremely rare find, possibly from the late 1940’s or 1950s of an unused, printed sheet of bottle labels, in this instance for Dortmunder Ritter Export beer.

Printed on very thin paper, there is damage and loss along all the edges as shown, but the main body of the sheet – the labels – remain intact and free of loss. There are the expected age related creases etc but overall the poster still looks great. The colours, particularly the gold, remain bright and reflective. Framed under a mount this overlooked, printers sheet would look stunning.
