A Highland view looking out to sea and towards the islands, the train is almost lost in the landscape. A nice example of the posters produced for British Rail by a number of fine artists during the 1950s. With the list of British Rail’s USA offices it is clear that this poster was printed for the American market.
There are a couple of small tears along the top edge, stabilised on the rear side with light archival tape. This aside, the poster is in really excellent condition and shows little sign of ever being displayed.
