White, sun bleached rock, ancient olive groves and terracotta roofed villages – one can almost smell the scent of wild thyme on the warm wind in Yves Brayers lovely 1965 design of “Provence”.
The poster is in good condition. Corner pin holes suggest it has been displayed at some point and subsequently folded (as shown) and stored. Small nicks at the edges have been stabilised on the reverse with archival tape (this prior to being acquired by us). In addition there is some catalogue information written in ink on the reverse side but no sign of any bleed through. The colours remain deep and strong.
