A large format aircraft recognition poster showing the Sea Venom, all weather fighter of the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm (FAA). The Sea Venom was in service with the Fleet Air Arm from 1951 until 1959.
This poster was designed for display within the confines of RAF and FAA stations – very few survive today, particularly of this very iconic aircraft. This is exceedingly rare.
The poster has a central fold and shows its age (see images) with nicks, creases and small edge tears stabilised on the reverse with light, archival tape.
